Information collected regarding the beneficiary, the purchaser and the next of kin is for the purpose of obtaining the necessary forms and certificates that allows the funeral home to render services under contract and for that purpose only. The funeral home will not use or sell this information for any other purpose other than the purpose stated in this policy.
